ZAO TECHIMPORT has set up production of diesel power plants for flush pump drive.
By way of power plant it is used twelve cylinder, V-twin, four-stroke Caterpillar engine C27 ACERT (USA), with capacity 597-858 kV and crankshaft speed of 1800-2100 rpm.
C27 ACERT engine is equipped with direct fuel injection and turbocharging. Thanks to ACERT technology (Advanced Combustion Emissions Reduction Technology), engine C27 is consistent with ecological standards TIER 3 (USA) and STAGE (EU). ACERT technology combines four stages to reduce emission toxicity:
The power plant’s construction represents a diesel engine, mounted on a frame and connected to the gearbox, which transmits torque through V-belt drive ton the flush pump.
A scheme with a gearbox on the drilling pump units has approved itself excellent in tight environment. Compact design gives and opportunity to place a pump drive on a semitrailer, which increases its mobility.
